Goulash soup with pasta

Goulash soup with pasta is a great opportunity to prepare a hearty and tasty dish for lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Water 1/2 l

Beef tenderloin 400 g

Tomato paste 100 ml

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1-2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.


Rinse and dry 400 g of beef tenderloin, peel the onion.

Add sliced ​​beef and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add finely chopped onion, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the bell pepper cut into strips and the diced carrots.

Add 100 ml. tomato paste and 1/2 liter of water. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir.

Add 300 g of pasta TM "Aleika", stir and cook under a lid over low heat for 7-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished goulash soup with finely chopped parsley.

Goulash soup with pasta is ready. Pour into deep bowls and serve.
