Cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice

This recipe will help you easily and simply prepare delicious cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice and feed the whole family and guests with a delicious lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Minced meat (pork and beef) 400 g

Boiled water 150 ml

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 20% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Head of cabbage 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Boil rice until half cooked.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the finely chopped onion.

Add boiled rice TM "Aleika", 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black ground pepper to taste. Mix the filling well.

Remove the limp leaves from the cabbage head.

Cut the cabbage stump in a circle.

Carefully remove the cabbage leaves.

In a saucepan of boiling water, boil the leaves one by one for 2-3 minutes until they become soft.

Remove the cabbage leaves from the pan and cool.

Wash and peel vegetables well.

Chop vegetables finely.

Put the minced meat on the cabbage leaves and wrap it in an envelope, then put the resulting cabbage rolls in a deep stewpan.

Add vegetables on top of the cabbage rolls.

Mix sour cream, tomato paste and 150 ml of water.

Pour the cabbage rolls with sour cream and tomato paste on top and put on the fire, cook under the lid over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

Cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice are ready. Sprinkle cabbage rolls with finely chopped parsley and serve.

Round grain rice of TM "Aleika" boils well, has a silky texture, is rich in useful microelements and practically does not contain fats.
