Delicate cottage cheese pancakes, this is an amazingly tasty and healthy breakfast for the whole family.

Curd 300 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Flour 7 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Put 300 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and one pinch of salt.

Beat the curd mass well with a mixer.

Form dough balls with wet hands and breaded in the remaining flour, flattening into tortillas.

Fry the cheese cakes in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on both sides over medium heat.

Put the prepared cheesecakes on a dish.

Delicate cottage cheese pancakes are ready. Serve with powdered sugar.
