Baked boiled pork

Indulge your guests with a fine charcuterie. Baked pork is good for both great sandwiches and as a snack

Cooking time 2 hours


Pork (balyk) 300 g

Universal seasoning 1 tbsp. l.

Table mustard 1 tbsp. l.

Lettuce leaves

Parsley (greens)


Rinse and dry the meat.

Make incisions. Grate the meat with universal seasoning and leave for 1-2 hours.

Coat the meat with mustard on all sides and place on a baking sheet.

Put in an oven preheated to 150 degrees C for 1 hour. Increase to 180 degrees C for another 1 hour.

Cool the finished meat a little and cut into slices.

Put on a platter with lettuce and garnish with herbs.

You can serve baked pork to the New Year's table
