Chicken breast "under a fur coat" in the oven with pineapples and cheese crust, a fabulously delicious hot New Year's meal.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 3 pcs
Canned pineapple 100 g
Dutch cheese lump 100 g
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Sweet ground paprika 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Beat off chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Cut canned pineapples into cubes, grate Dutch cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
Place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Lay the pineapple and cheese “fur coat” on top.
Sprinkle with ground paprika.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Put on a platter and garnish with parsley.
