Cooking time 1 hour
Chicken (1, 5-1, 7 kg) 1 piece
Onion 2 pcs
Satsebeli sauce 3 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Greens to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken.
Cut lengthwise along the breast and flatten.
Rub the chicken on all sides with salt and satsebeli sauce.
Put coarsely chopped onions under the chicken and on top.
Wrap tightly with cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Put the onion on the bottom of the mold covered with parchment.
Place the chicken breast side down.
Put in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.
Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
