Hedgehogs in a pan, this is a delicious dinner, no one will refuse and which can be easily and simply prepared. Hedgehogs in a pan can be served even without a side dish.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Pork 300 g
Rice 50 g
Carrots 2 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Egg 1 pc
Young zucchini 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cut the meat into pieces, peel the onion.
Prepare minced meat for hedgehogs. Twist the meat and onions in a meat grinder.
Boil rice until half cooked, rinse.
Add rice, egg and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a bowl.
Form small balls of minced meat with rice.
Fry hedgehogs in a pan with vegetable oil on all sides.
Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers into a bowl.
Add diced courgette and chopped carrots.
Stir the vegetables and add to the pan. Salt.
Add a quarter glass of water and simmer the hedgehogs in a skillet, covered for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Put the hedgehogs on a dish.
The hedgehogs in the pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
