Pike cutlets

Delicious homemade pike cutlets with bacon, easy to cook. But, many do not even imagine how delicious pike cutlets can be.

Pike (1-1, 2 kg) 1 piece

Pork fat 100-150 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Loaf slice 1 pc

Milk 3 tbsp. l.

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Gut the pike, clean, remove the head.

Separate the ridge.

Separate the skin from the fillets and remove the bones.

Prepare minced meat for pike cutlets. Pass the onion, meat and bacon through a meat grinder.

Soak a slice of loaf in milk and also pass through a meat grinder.

Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste.

Knead the minced meat well and prepare the bread crumbs.

Form fish cakes and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry fish cakes in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat for 8-9 minutes on both sides.

Place the pike cutlets on a platter.

Pike cutlets are ready. Can be served with your favorite side dish.
