Pork shashlik in tomato sauce

This recipe makes a very juicy, spicy, delicious pork kebab, which will give you a real holiday in nature.

Cooking time 2 hours


Meat tenderloin 1 kg

Onion 2-3 pcs

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Paprika 1/2 tsp

1/2 teaspoon coriander

Thyme 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.

In a bowl, combine spices and salt.

Add chopped onions to the meat in half rings.

Add spices and mix well.

Add tomato paste, vinegar and mix again, leave to marinate for 2 hours.

String the meat on skewers.

Prepare the coals.

Put the kebabs over the coals.

Fry, turning regularly until cooked. Serve hot to the table.
