Chicken wings 1 kg
Onion 2 pcs
Lemon 1/2 pc
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Rinse and dry the wings well.
Fold into a bowl and add chopped onions in half rings.
Add paprika and salt.
Add sliced lemon.
Mix vegetable oil and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
Add to the wings and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Light the grill and prepare the coals.
Place the wings on a wire shelf.
