Champignons 2-3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Finely chop the onion, peel and dice the mushrooms.

In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms and onions.

Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

In a bowl, mix potatoes, mushrooms and onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Mash well with a pusher into a homogeneous puree.

Form small patties.

Roll in bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Put the potato chops on a dish, garnish with herbs.
