Sauerkraut 200 g

Potatoes 4-5 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Sweet ground paprika 1/2 tsp

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash and dry the meat.

Cut into small slices and place in a baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper, add thyme.

Add vegetable oil and mix well the meat, level again in one layer.

Add a layer of finely chopped onions.

Add a layer of sauerkraut.

Add a layer of sliced ​​potatoes, add a little salt.
