"Anri" zucchini cutlets

Delicate, juicy, you will enjoy them piece by piece. You can't cook these in winter. So be in time!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork pulp 400 g

Cheese 50 g

Zucchini (small) 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste


Cut the meat into pieces, peel the onion.

Peel and seed zucchini.

Skip meat, onions and zucchini through a meat grinder.

Add egg, salt and ground pepper to the minced meat bowl. Mix well.

Cover a baking sheet with foil and grease a little with vegetable oil. Form small minced meat patties and place on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put the cutlets on a dish with vegetable salad and herbs.

Our delicious Anri zucchini cutlets are ready. Can be served at the table.
