The simplest, fastest and most delicious New Year's dishes can be made from chicken. Chicken for the New Year according to this recipe will decorate any table, and it is simply impossible to resist its aroma.
Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes
Chicken 1 pc
Dry white wine 400 ml
Black peppercorns 3-5 pcs
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Canned pineapple for decoration 2-3 pcs
Pomegranate seeds for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Salt to taste
Wash and dry the chicken well.
Slice the chicken in the brisket and remove the middle bone between the fillets.
Pour wine into a bowl, add pepper and paprika.
Put the chicken in a layer in a tight bag and pour the wine with spices. Tie a bag and leave to marinate for 4-5 hours.
Place chicken on a baking sheet with foil and rub well with salt and chopped garlic. Coat a little with mayonnaise.
Bake the chicken for 1.5 hours in the oven at 180 degrees C.
Cool the finished chicken and divide into portions. Place on a platter with pineapple slices, herbs and pomegranate seeds.
