Turkey breast marinated in oranges

Delicate, juicy turkey breast marinated in oranges hot will become a full-fledged meat dish, and cold, an excellent appetizer.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

Turkey breast (fillet weighing about 1 kg) 1 pc

Orange 3 pcs

Universal seasoning 1, 5 tsp

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Dijon mustard 2 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Pomegranate seeds for decoration

Dill (greens) for decoration

Preparation

Rinse and dry the turkey breast well.

Squeeze juice from two oranges.

Pour the juice into a bowl and mix with all-purpose seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.

Place the turkey fillet in a strong bag and pour over the marinade. Leave on for 4-5 hours.

Remove the turkey breast from the marinade, place on a baking sheet and brush with mustard on all sides.

Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished fillet and cut into slices. Place on a platter with lettuce and garnish with orange slices, pomegranate seeds and dill.
