Chicken cutlets with cheese

Juicy, aromatic chicken cutlets with cheese inside, a great idea for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 2-3 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Breadcrumbs 50 g

Cheese 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Greens and vegetables (for decoration)


Scroll the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder.

Add egg and versatile seasoning.

Put out the minced meat well.

Form small balls and make cakes from them. Put a piece of cheese on each flatbread and mold a cutlet.

It is good to roll in breadcrumbs, shaping.

Fry in vegetable oil on each side for 5 minutes, until tender.

Put on a dish.

Decorate with lettuce and herbs. Serve to the table.
