Meat gravy with pasta is a simple dish that can be prepared very quickly.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Minced meat 200 g
Mashed tomatoes 150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Parsley (greens) to taste
Sweet ground paprika 1 pinch.
Pasta 100 g
Butter 20 g
Salt to taste
Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil.
Peel and dice the pepper and onion. Add vegetables to the pan with minced meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes and simmer over low heat, stirring for 10-12 minutes.
Add finely chopped parsley, salt and spices to taste. Mix well.
Boil the pasta and season with butter.
Add a serving of pasta and top with a little gravy.
