Baked potatoes with cheese

Surprise your homemade with delicious baked potatoes with soft curd cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

Potatoes 3 pcs

Curd cheese 100 g

Sun-dried tomatoes 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut in half.

Use a spoon to carefully cut out the pulp and puree it.

Add salt and pepper to taste, sun-dried tomatoes, egg and cottage cheese to the mashed potatoes.

Stir and put the filling in the potato "boats", transfer them to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

Garnish with herbs when serving. Baked potatoes with curd cheese are ready.
