Grilled pork steaks


Pork steak on the bone 2 pcs

Apple 1 pc

Granular mustard 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Radish (for serving) 3-4 g

Tomatoes (for serving) 1 pc

Greens (for serving)


Grate the apple on a coarse grater and mix with salt, pepper and mustard, coat the meat and leave covered with plastic wrap overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove the marinade from the meat and beat it off. Grill over charcoal on both sides. Decorate with vegetables and herbs.
