"New Year's holiday" salad

Salad with crab sticks "New Year's Holiday" is a bright festive salad for your New Year's table.

Crab sticks 200 g

Peking cabbage 150 g

Cheese 100 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.


Boil 3 eggs, peel and cool.

Place 100 g of grated cheese in the bottom layer in a serving ring.

Brush with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Add finely chopped Peking cabbage.

Add 200 g of diced crab sticks. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated egg whites. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of diced fresh cucumber.

Sprinkle with grated yolks on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove the serving ring.
