Lasagne with pollock

Lasagne with pollock, a delicious, juicy and colorful dish will give you an unforgettable taste experience.

Pollock fillet 2 pcs

Carrots (medium) 1 pc

Onion (small) 1 pc

Lasagne 4 pcs

Cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

Hard cheese 50 g

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Twist the pollock fillet through a meat grinder.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, and finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add minced meat to the pan with vegetables, season with salt and pepper.

When the minced meat is cooked, add the cream and simmer a little over low heat.

Dip the lasagne in boiling water and boil.

Put the lasagne and minced fish, starting with the lasagna, in a fireproof container, oiled layer by layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake at 200C until golden brown. The pollock lasagna is ready. Garnish with herbs when serving.
