These tender, juicy, aromatic minced chicken meatballs are begging to be eaten.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken breast 3 pcs
Medium carrots 1 pc
Medium onion 1 pc
Eggs 2 pcs
Rice 1/2 stack.
Flour 1 stack.
Cream 10% fat. 1/2 stack.

Kill the chicken breasts into the minced meat with a blender.
Boil the rice, drain the water, rinse the rice well.
Grate the carrots, chop the onion and fry everything with salt and pepper. Allow to cool.
Mix egg, chicken, rice and vegetables.
Form meatballs and roll in flour. Send to the oven for 15 minutes, 200C.
Then simmer in a pan with the addition of cream and salt.
Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with herbs.
