Chicken in Taya cream sauce

Appetizing chicken in a creamy sauce, a great way to cook chicken fillet. The most delicate chicken goes well with any side dish and will conquer any gourmet with its taste.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 10% fat. 50 g

Baltic cheese 50 g

Ground ginger 1/4 tsp

Dill (greens)

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Peel the onion.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and diced fillets. Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add sour cream and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add ginger and grated cheese.

Season with salt to taste, add ground black pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.

Place in portioned dishes and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Chicken in a creamy sauce is ready. Serve immediately.
