Potato rolls with mushrooms

These original potato rolls with mushrooms will become a real highlight of your table, and they are very simple to prepare.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Potatoes 4 pieces

Champignons (can be fresh or canned) 300 g

Bulb onions 100 g

Carrots 50 g

Salt to taste

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 stack.

Pepper to taste

Green onions (for decoration)

Parsley (greens) (for decoration)


Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions and carrots. Salt to taste.

Grate potatoes on a fine grater, rinse with cold water.

Add egg, salt and flour.

In a frying pan, fry the potato mixture on both sides, shaping it into pancakes.

Put mushrooms on ready-made potato pancakes and roll into a roll. Bandage with green onions.
