Breaded chicken chops

Delicious, mouth-watering, easy-to-prepare and budget-friendly breaded chicken chops, a great choice for a festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 400 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Sesame seeds 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil




Rinse and dry the chicken fillet well.

Beat off and add a little salt.

For batter, beat eggs in a bowl, add grated cheese, bread crumbs, sesame seeds.

Mix well and add mayonnaise, mix again.

Dip the chicken fillet in batter and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. Put on a dish and serve with herbs and vegetables.
