Pilaf can be not only with meat, but also with mushrooms. This recipe is proof of this.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Porcini mushrooms 200 g
Polished rice 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Seasonings for pilaf 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the onions and carrots.
Defrost the mushrooms well, drain the liquid.
Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add chopped carrots into strips. Add spices and salt. Mix.
Boil rice until half cooked.
Add to the pan and stir well. Add a glass of water and simmer over medium heat, covered for 10 minutes.
Delicious lean pilaf with mushrooms is ready.
Place pilaf with mushrooms on plates. We recommend serving with salted tomatoes.
