Meatloaf with egg

Meatloaf with egg, a delicious and original dish for a festive Easter table.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Chicken breast (boneless) 1 pc

Eggs 6 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Slice of bread 2 pcs

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the liver and chicken fillet well. Peel the onions and carrots.

Scroll the liver, chicken, onions and carrots in a meat grinder.

Also scroll through the bread slices and garlic. Chop the dill finely.

Add egg and dill to the minced meat.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

Put the minced meat in a mold.

Place the eggs on the minced meat and drown them. Grease a little with vegetable oil on top.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool slightly in the form and remove the roll.

Put on a dish.

The meatloaf with egg is ready. Can be served at the table.
