Tacos with vegetables

Vegetable tacos are a popular Mexican dish that is very easy to make at home.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Tacos (corn pockets) 4 pcs

Vegetable mixture (frozen) 200 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Warm up corn pockets in a microwave or oven.

Defrost vegetables.

Fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes. Salt.

Cool slightly. Place the filling in the pockets.

Serve immediately.
