Silver carp stewed with vegetables, an easy way to prepare a quick and tasty dinner.

Silver carp 1 piece
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Broccoli (inflorescences) 3 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fish clean and gut. Rinse well, remove head and fins.
Dry and rub with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides.
Add sliced carrots and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add some water and simmer covered over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Silver carp stewed with vegetables is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
