This oven-baked trout is perfect for both a festive table and a delicious family dinner.

Trout 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Lemon pepper 1/4 tsp
Butter 30 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Gut the fish, peel and rinse.
Cut the trout into steaks.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Arrange the steaks, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Lay the dill sprigs. Place pieces of butter on top.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the dill.
The trout is ready in the oven. Put on a dish. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
