Chicken mince zrazy

Even a novice housewife can cook tender and juicy minced chicken zrazy according to this recipe. These delicious filled cutlets will impress any gourmet.

Eggs 5-6 pcs

Chicken fillet 1 kg

Onion 1 pc

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Cheese 100 g

Mayonnaise 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Leave one egg for minced meat. Boil the rest of the eggs until tender. Cool and clean.

Peel the onion, wash the chicken fillet well.

Grind chicken fillet and onion in a meat grinder, and add 1 egg.

Add salt, pepper and garlic to a bowl of minced meat. Add finely chopped dill and grated cheese.

Mix well. Form minced meat balls and put one egg in each.

Place on a baking sheet with foil. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven for 30 -35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Place and cool slightly.

Serve into slices with vegetables.
