Chum salmon under pineapples

For the New Year, I want to cook the most delicious and mouth-watering dishes and chum salmon with pineapples is just one of these. A simple but sophisticated combination of delicate fish and juicy pineapples will not leave anyone indifferent.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Chum fillet slice (400-500 g) 4 pcs

Canned pineapple (pieces) 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Wash and dry the chum fillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until half cooked.

Put foil on a baking sheet. Lay the fish skin side down. Place the pineapple slices on top of the fish.

Brush a little with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. Chum salmon under pineapples is ready. Put on a platter and serve with vegetables and boiled rice.

Bon appetit and Happy New Year!
