Tender chicken drumsticks with potatoes in the sleeve and a fragrant dressing with mushrooms, a quick and delicious dinner.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken drumsticks 5-6 pcs
Potatoes 1 kg
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dried porcini mushrooms 5-6 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Greens (for decoration) to taste
Peel the potatoes, rinse and dry the chicken drumsticks.
Cut the potatoes into halves and place in the sleeve.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, butter and paprika.
Chop the dried mushrooms.
Add finely chopped onion, mushrooms and salt to sour cream.
Pour dressing into sleeve and tie. Shake well and mix well.
Put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
