Fish cutlets "Nezhenka"

Onion 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 30 g

Loaf simple 2 pieces

Cream 20% fat. 50 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Sunflower oil (for frying)

Greens (for decoration)


Peel the fish, free it from bones. Leave only the fillets. Twist in a meat grinder with onions and loaf soaked in cream. Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fish cutlets "Nezhenka" are ready. Put on a platter, garnish with herbs and serve with your favorite side dish.
